We'd be happy to have you back! You'd simply start a new 12-month plan.

If you cancel early, you'll owe the full $2,500 cost of the site, minus whatever you've already paid. We focus on long-term partnerships, so we ask clients to share the same commitment.

Every invoice includes a 10-day grace period. After that, a $25 late fee applies. If multiple payments go unpaid with no communication, we may cancel the subscription and the full cost of the site will be due.

That said, we're flexible and understanding, life happens! If something happens, just let us know and we'll always do our best to work with you.

We send invoices via Square, where you can pay securely with any major credit or debit card.

For lump sum projects, we prefer Interac e-Transfer to reduce fees. We don't accept cheques or money orders.

Yes, if we can't design something you love and you decide not to move forward, we'll refund what you've paid so far.

Yes! You can add unlimited edits and support to a lump sum site for $50/month, with a 12-month minimum. This way, you get the flexibility of owning your site while still having our team available for updates whenever you need them.
